Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of the shipping date.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Unused and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Timeframe: Initiated within 30 days of the shipping date.
How to Return
- Email us at info@montisca.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label for U.S. customers.
- Ship the item(s) back in their original condition with tags attached.
For International Customers:
- Arrange return shipping through a reliable courier at your own expense after receiving return authorization.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7-12 business days and issue it to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original purchase following the steps above.
Restocking Fee
To ensure fair pricing, a $15 restocking fee applies per return. This fee covers prepaid labels (where applicable), inspection, and restocking.
